Event Provides Educational and Networking Sessions to Sales Assistants, Boosting Client Service and Benefiting Advisor Businesses

Held in Knoxville, the two-day educational and training event brought together sales assistants from across the SSN community, providing attendees with the opportunity to network with peers, share best practices, receive coaching from SSN experts and make connections with members of the SSN management team.

Attendees participated in breakout sessions related to a variety of subjects relevant to their role, including:

  • Training on SSN’s broker workstation, social media platforms and the eMoney Advisor financial planning application;
  • Practice management advice for how to serve clients most efficiently;
  • The latest IT and cybersecurity developments;
  • Tips for how to spot elder abuse, along with a discussion of other hot-button compliance issues.
